Stephen Husted is a real estate investor and licensed agent who helps first time investors confidently buy rental properties, both locally and out of state. His work focuses on investor readiness, risk management, and building repeatable systems that support long term wealth creation.
Stephen has invested across multiple markets and strategies, including buy and hold rentals, value add rehabs, and small scale residential development such as ADUs and infill projects. His experience spans high cost coastal markets as well as more affordable out of state markets, giving him direct insight into market selection, deal analysis, financing, and team setup. This hands-on background allows him to teach what actually works in real world investing, not theory.
As a licensed real estate agent, Stephen understands how deals move from analysis to contract to close.
